This site really struck a chord:"When have we needed that skill more than now? We can work 24 hours' a day on the internet without ever getting dressed and leaving our homes, and have fast food, instant banking, distance learning, online trading, cell phones, pagers, and PDAs. This "progress" has resulted in such a tragic disconnect from Mother Nature and her lessons that we are suffering physical, mental and spiritual disharmony and disease in epidemic numbers, despite having the best food and medicine available in history! Why? We have a basic lack of awareness and misunderstanding of the Rules of Life. "
